By purchasing a hosting plan or using any ZFHosts service, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Service
ZFHosts provides web hosting and related infrastructure services as described on our website. We reserve the right to modify plan details, features, and pricing with or without advance notice to ensure service stability and quality for all customers.
2. Payment
Services are billed in advance on a monthly basis. Failure to pay may result in service suspension after a grace period.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use ZFHosts services in violation of our Acceptable Use Policy. Accounts found to be in violation may be suspended or upgraded to a higher tier plan to account for actual resource usage.
4. Uptime SLA
We guarantee 99.9% monthly server uptime. This guarantee is based on server availability and does not cover downtime resulting from changes made by the account holder, third-party plugins, themes, or software, or factors outside our infrastructure. Scheduled maintenance windows are excluded.
5. Service abuse and plan changes
If an account consistently exceeds its plan limits or uses resources in a way that degrades service for other customers, ZFHosts reserves the right to suspend the account or move it to an appropriate higher tier plan.
6. Refund policy
Shared hosting plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of first payment. Dedicated server plans are custom-configured and billed differently. Deposits for dedicated servers are non-refundable once provisioning has begun.
7. Limitation of liability
ZFHosts liability is limited to the fees paid in the month in which a claim arises. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
