Uptime and monitoring

We remotely monitor all hosted sites for uptime. Our 99.9% uptime guarantee is based on server availability. It does not cover downtime resulting from changes made by the account holder or issues introduced by third-party plugins or themes.

Email hosting

Shared plans do not include email hosting. We recommend Google Workspace or Zoho Mail alongside your site, with transactional email sent through SMTP.
