No introductory pricing. The price you sign up at is the price at renewal.
No throttling surprises. Every plan has defined resource limits, published above, and they’re the same on day one and day four hundred. If you consistently outgrow them, we’ll call you and talk about moving up — we won’t quietly degrade your site.
No fee for the basics. SSL, backups, and updates are included, not upsells.

Frequently asked questions
What’s your refund policy?
Shared hosting includes a 30-day money-back guarantee. Dedicated servers are custom-configured and billed differently, so they’re not covered.
What control panel do you use?
Plesk, on every shared plan. It handles file management, databases, SSL, and site settings.
Do shared plans include email?
We don’t offer full email hosting. For business email we recommend Google Workspace or Zoho Mail, and we’re happy to help you get the DNS records pointed correctly.
Can I upgrade later?
Any time, and without moving your site. If your usage regularly exceeds your plan, we’ll reach out to discuss a higher tier rather than letting your site slow down.
What does the uptime guarantee cover?
Our 99.9% guarantee covers server availability. It doesn’t cover downtime from changes made on your account, third-party plugin or theme problems, or anything outside our infrastructure.
Can I host more than one website?
Each plan covers one website. Business and Pro support subdomains, which work well for staging sites or landing pages. For a genuinely separate second site, a second plan is the right answer — and we’ll discount it.
Plan resource limits and included features may be adjusted over time to maintain service quality; we will tell you before anything affecting your account changes. Accounts that consistently exceed their plan limits may be moved to a higher tier as described in our Terms of Service.
