ZFHosts services may not be used for the following purposes:

• Distribution of malware, spyware, or malicious code
• Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam)
• Hosting content that is illegal under applicable law
• Network attacks including DDoS, port scanning, or unauthorized access attempts
• Cryptocurrency mining without prior written approval from ZFHosts
• Any activity that degrades service quality or availability for other ZFHosts customers

Accounts found in violation of this policy may be suspended immediately. In cases where excessive resource usage is the issue rather than a policy violation, ZFHosts may instead move the account to an appropriate higher tier plan to reflect actual usage. We cooperate with law enforcement requests as required by law.
