Frequently asked questions
What is your refund policy?
Shared hosting plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee. Dedicated server plans are custom-configured and billed differently, so they are not eligible for the money-back guarantee.
What control panel do you use?
We use Plesk on all shared hosting plans. It covers site management, DNS, SSL, file management, and database access.
Do shared plans include email hosting?
Not currently. We recommend pairing your hosting with a dedicated email provider like Google Workspace or Zoho Mail.
Can I upgrade my plan?
Yes. You can upgrade any time. If your usage consistently exceeds your plan limits, we may also reach out to discuss moving you to a higher tier to maintain service quality for all customers.
What does the uptime guarantee cover?
Our 99.9% uptime guarantee is based on server availability. It does not cover downtime caused by changes made by the account holder, third-party plugin or theme issues, or factors outside our infrastructure.
